Your primary tasks will be to research and gather information from potential candidates for our exclusive networks, enabling a qualitative composition of the network groups. Researching is the first step in our product chain and forms a foundation for our Network Consultants who will contact relevant profiles. Main search engines are LinkedIn, Google and other online databases.
Routine-based tasks, fixed framework and deadlines are essential keywords to describe the position. You will be part of a strong team of dedicated colleagues, characterised by a youthful work environment. It is expected that you can work independent and goal-directed as well as with a high degree of responsibility.
Your continous effort and feedback play a significant role for the development of our research department and JUC at company level. Genuine interest for worklife is therefore of considerable importance, as well as your ability to be flexible in order to face novel information within short time frames.
We do not expect you to have experience within the particular type of research, however, it will be an advantage if you do.
It is important that you are driven and open to work independently. We expect you to have a flexible mindset and find alternative solutions to expand our database of potential network participants. Moreover, your adaptability is highly appreciated as you can expect involvement with a variety of subject areas.
We expect you to possess the following skills:
- Mastering Dutch/Flemish language at mother tongue level (written/spoken)
- Structured and self-driven
- Goal-directed and responsible
- Ambitious and ready to gradually take more responsibility
The position involves 12-15 hours / week at the office in central Copenhagen.

The Research Department is characterized by an informal working environment, where colleagual collaboration and sparring are highly valued qualities. We will provide sufficient training in our products and foundational worklife knowledge to be utilised in your daily work.
In addition, we have just moved into completely newly renovated premises at Axelborg in the heart of Copenhagen, with our own Michelinchef. Most of our events are held in our own exclusive premises.
