Caroline Onyango-Dyregaard is a U.S. trained and licensed lawyer in Washington DC. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Ohio State University and a BA (Honours) from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

Caroline is a Senior Compliance Counsel at Novo Nordisk, providing strategic advice on the company’s compliance and ethics program to ensure operation with integrity and to protect against legal risks.

She is an experienced commercial and compliance lawyer, as well as risk advisor, having held legal, compliance and risk advisory positions at BASF’s affiliate in Copenhagen and at A.P. Møller-Maersk.

Caroline is a Kenyan American national living in Copenhagen Denmark for the last 9 years. Prior to moving to Denmark, Caroline worked as a United Nations lawyer in Nairobi Kenya and as a litigation attorney in Washington DC.
