Hans is a partner based in Deloitte M&A Transaction Services with more than 10 years of transaction experience serving both corporate and PE clients on sell-side and buy-side financial due diligence engagements.
He is experienced in delivering complex cross-border acquisitions and disposals, and providing advice on valuation, purchase price mechanisms and SPA issues.
Hans also served one year at the US Deloitte M&A practice in New York with focus on large PE clients.
