Mikkel advises Danish and foreign banks, equity funds and companies on all aspects of financing, including bank lending and acquisition finance as well as project and asset financing. Furthermore, Mikkel has experience in the regulatory affairs of financial companies from his previous position as Head of Legal & Compliance at SEB. He also advises on issues relating to securities trading and derivatives.

Mikkel also has broad teaching experience within various banking and financing issues.
